COVID-19 Provider Update

This page aims to support local GPs, general practice staff, pharmacy, and other primary health care providers working on the frontline across Adelaide to support the COVID-19 response. We will continue to update this page with updates, information and support as needed. 
 



Adelaide PHN continues to support health care professionals, residential aged care facilities (RACF) and vulnerable populations (including those who are homebound, and residing in RACFs and disabiliity support settings) with COVID vaccinations and appropriate guidance.

    SA COVID-19 Mental Health Support Web Portal
    Includes a virtual support network (a list of locally based specialist support services) and resources to support the mental health of South Australians.


    Dedicated COVID-19 Mental Health Support Line - 1800 632 753
    For South Australians feeling overwhelmed by COVID-19. Staffed by Lifeline counsellors and includes phone, video and call-back and follow up call support. Operating 8:00am - 8:00pm, 7 days.

    Supportline for those seeking information on COVID-19, operating 24/7.

  • Reporting COVID-19 Suspected Breaches of Quarantine and Isolation in South Australia

    To reporting a suspected breach of quarantine or isolation orders – community are directed to contact:

    • SA Police on 131 444
    • Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000
    • or to complete an anonymous online report at crimestopperssa.com.au
