Adelaide PHN is a membership-based and driven organisation; we are committed to honest and genuine community-wide involvement.
Our membership model is made up of a Clinical Council, Community Advisory Council, an Aboriginal Community Advisory Council and Network Leadership Group which includes representatives from each of our priority areas.
Together, our membership support Adelaide PHN's program, services and activities by helping us better understand needs and opportunities in the community.
Adelaide PHN recently reviewed its membership model to ensure it was efficient, effective and integrated to meet the needs of us and our members for the next five years, and as a result –

We acknowledge the Kaurna peoples who are the Traditional Custodians of the Adelaide Region. We pay tribute to their physical and spiritual connection to land, waters and community, enduring now as it has been throughout time. We pay respect to them, their culture and to Elders past and present.
Please note, the term Aboriginal is used across this website as an all-encompassing term for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and cultures.
